Super duplex materials for Desalination Plants

Mados supplies the highly corrosion resistant super duplex stainless steel materials with high tensile strength specifically for Desalination plants. Super duplex pipes and tubes find usage in desalination plants, sea water technologies, refinery heat exchangers and petro-chemical plants.
We supply
  1. Super duplex grade 2507, UNSS32750,UNS S32760, WNR 1.4501/1.4410 seamless pipes/tubes and but weld fittings.
  2. Welded super duplex pipes/tubes
  3. Super duplex pipe fittings and flanges
Zeron 100

Zeron 100 is a super duplex stainless steel. The alloy has excellent corrosion resistance combined with high strength. Zeron 100 has a 50–50 austenitic–ferritic structure. It also has greater resistance to chloride pitting, crevice corrosion and stress corrosion cracking than exhibited by the standard 300 series stainless steels.

The UNS Designation of the Zeron 100 is S32760

Providing higher strength than both austenitic and 22% Cr Duplex Stainless Steels UNS S32760 (F55) is suited to a variety of applications in industries such as Chemical Processing, Oil & Gas, and Marine environments.

UNS S32760 (F55 / 1.4501) is listed in NACE MR 01 75 for sour service and having gained ASME Approval for Pressure Vessel applications.

ZERON 100 plate is included in the ASTM A240 specification. Its minimum room temperature mechanical property requirements are 109,000 psi (ultimate tensile strength), 80,000 psi (0.2% offset yield strength) and 25% minimum elongation.

P Grade Pipes

MADOS is a major supplier of ASTM A335 Pipes (ASME S/A335, Chorme-Moly) seamless ferritic Alloy-Steel Pipes or P grade pipes for high temperature service. These are suitable for bending, flanging (vanstoning), and fusion welding.
P-Grade Pipes are available in P5, P9, P11, P22, and P91 grades. P11, P22, and P91 are used mainly in the power industry and petro-chemical plants. Grades P5 and P9 are commonly used in refineries.
The composition of chrome-moly alloy steel pipe make it ideal for use in power plants, refineries, petro-chemical plants and oil field services where fluids and gases are transported at extremely high temperatures and pressures.
